Tapestry Chamber Choir

Founded in 1988, Tapestry Chamber Choir has developed into an exciting cultural gem for York Region. The continuing goal is to provide professional level performances of choral music for the enjoyment of its audiences. Tapestry is a close-knit group of musicians who enjoy weaving musical tapestries from many cultures and eras with the goal of presenting professional-level performances for the enjoyment of their audience. While a capella works are the mainstay of the choir, Tapestry also performs with piano, organ or orchestral accompaniment. Tapestry, under the direction of Trevor Dearham, conductor,  and with the support of George Vandikas, accompanist, continues this fine tradition of providing exceptional choral music for our audiences.
