This Community Foundation was started after the passing of our namesake, Teresa Dellar. Though known for her work in end-of-life care, she also was active in many community activities. The goal of this group is to continue those good works.

The board is made up of family, friends and colleagues. All involved are experienced in fundraising and non-profit activities. Please note, we are a separate entity from the Palliative Care.
