Tap into creativity.

Our Mission

TAP Centre for Creativity (previously known as The ARTS Project) is driven to transform our community by providing a central hub for emerging artists in multiple disciplines, where quality facilities and innovative programs nourish passions, mentor creators, and overcome barriers to creativity

Our Vision

TAP is committed to building a community around emerging artists, where presentation and education in diverse art forms sparks artistic, social, and economic change.

About Our Charity

TAP is at the centre of creativity in London Ontario, supporting emerging theatre, visual and performing artists. Our doors are open for artists and the public to overlap, participate and experience how creativity can transform and enrich us and our community.

Featuring a gallery, black-box theatre, multi-use workshop space, and 10 resident artist studios all within our heritage building, TAP is unique space filled with innovative programming year-round.

Your support helps us expand our lineup of programs and the services we offer to London's creative community, including the annual Ting Comic and Graphic Arts Festival, Unscripted speaker series, Arts on Tap workshop series, as well as other exhibition and theatre programming. With the support of donors, in November 2017 we launched the Emerging Artists Studio Program. This is a residency program that provides recent visual arts graduates with private studio space for twelve months, a materials budget, mentorship and marketing support, and a culminating exhibition in our gallery.

What People Are Saying

"The ever-growing art community is my favourite thing about London, and seeing the care and dedication that TAP has put towards its growth makes me excited for the future. This residency has helped me discover my role in this world and has solidified what kind of artist I want to be."

— Joanna Skiba, Resident Artist (Emerging Artists Studio Program)
