The Brenda Strafford Foundation is dedicated to advancing care, wellness, and social impact through a comprehensive range of services including Aging Care & Senior Living, Community Supports, International Healthcare, and Research & Innovation.

Guided by our enduring philosophy ‘The Preservation of Dignity and the Pursuit of Happiness,’ we are committed to delivering compassionate and impactful services to optimize well-being and enrich people’s lives. By nurturing a culture of innovation and fostering collaborative partnerships, we strive to make a positive social impact and a difference in the lives of the people and communities we serve.

As a registered charity, The Foundation is involved in a number of projects for innovation in seniors health and wellness. The Foundation supports local charitable projects to serve women and children who are fleeing domestic violence, and families at risk of homelessness.

One such program is Heart Home Network. Heart Home Network (HHN) serves women and children at risk of family violence by providing a safe housing environment and comprehensive support services for its residents, so that they can transition to living stable lives free of abuse in the community upon departure from the Network.

Last year, HHN served 275 people, of which 168 were children – and of this number, 134 were under 11 years of age.

We provide a variety of health care services and medical clinics to enhance the health, wellness and quality of life of those in need in Haiti, Jamaica and Dominica.

And finally, there is The Dr. Barrie Strafford Centre for Learning, Innovation, and Quality is a BSF Centre with a focus on organizational learning, advancements in quality, and advancements in health, wellness, and care.
