The Bridge Hospice, located in the village of Warkworth Ontario, was conceived by people with a shared dream of making life better for the dying. The hospice accommodates up to three residents, in a comfortable home-like setting. Professional healthcare staff are onsite 24/7, and our compassionate volunteers welcome and support loved ones.
