In British Columbia, residents are experiencing the effects of hundreds of active fires across the province and evacuation orders have been issued. Many people are in need of urgent assistance.
We know that that when responding to an emergency of this magnitude, the generosity of Canadians is essential to providing comfort and care.
Donations will be used for immediate and ongoing relief efforts, long term recovery, resiliency and preparedness for future events in British Columbia and Yukon, including consequential events related to the fires.
