The Mission of the Windsor-Essex Children’s Aid Foundation (WECAF) is to provide financial support that contributes to the safety and well-being of the children and families of the Windsor-Essex Children’s Aid Society through fundraising initiatives and public education.  Essentially, WECAF through community support provides funding to a wide array of programs that nurture children, strengthen families and empower youth.  WECAF believes that every child despite challenges and obstacles should have an equal opportunity to aspire to their aspirations.  It also strongly believes that every family should be provided with the resources and support that will assure a positive enriching experience for parent and child alike.
