The Community Foundation of Orillia and Area focuses on building permanent endowment and scholarship funds. The interest earned from these funds is what is distributed to the community.
Through the generosity of many individual and corporate donors, The Community Foundation of Orillia & Area supports everything from shelter and sustenance for those most in need, to recreation, arts, and the environment. We are proud to be helping our community become resilient, resourceful and ready for the future.
Our geographical boundaries include the following areas located in Simcoe County; Ramara Township, Chippewas of Rama, City of Orillia, Severn Township and a portion of Oro-Medonte Township. This portion includes just north of Oro Station and to the east of and including Coldwater.
