Our Mission
The Council on Aging of Ottawa is a bilingual, non-profit, charitable, voluntary organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life of all seniors in Ottawa. The Council on Aging of Ottawa works with and for seniors in the community to voice issues and concerns to all levels of government and to the general public.

The Council on Aging, though the work of its volunteer Board of Director's, committees, and staff:
- Consults with other organizations in the planning and coordination of seniors' services;
- Advocates for seniors on policy and funding priorities at all levels of government;
- Educates public understanding and awareness of seniors' issues;
- Invites the community at large to support its work through memberships, volunteering and financial donations.
