The Dale provides support to people who are vulnerable due to homelessness, poverty, mental health challenges, and addiction. We are committed to remaining on the front-line during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Dale is offering take-away meals on Monday afternoons and Thursday mornings. Through a community survey we have gathered people's phone numbers, addresses, and/or coordinates (if a person is living outdoors) in order to provide direct support through regular phone calls and the safe delivery of food and supplies. We do street outreach to check on people, provide items like tents and sleeping bags, and food. Some of the most vulnerable people have been made even more vulnerable by COVID-19.
