Founded in 2002, DRDCF is dedicated to funding charitable services as we strive to inspire & improve the lives of those in our community.
The Deep River & District Community Foundation (DRDCF) was established in 2002 to ensure a consistent source of funds that will provide long-term benefits to the local communities of Deep River, Laurentian Hills, the Townships of Head, Clara and Maria, and Rapides des Joachims.
Over 25 funds are handled by a 9-member board of volunteers and the earnings are disbursed annually in the broad areas of Social Services, Health, the Environment, Education, Arts and Culture, and Community Events and Facilities.
