The intent and purpose of the Funds is to enhance the quality of life for those living in the greater Edmonton and/or Northern Alberta area by supporting Qualified Donees that undertake charitable activities and/or programs that:
(a)conserve, protect and/or enhance natural ecosystems, biodiversity, and wildlife; and/or
(b)enhance the urban environment through creation and enhancement of urban parks and animal welfare programs;and/or
(c)support local involvement and education on regional, national and global environmental issues; and/or
(d)conduct environmental research.
