The Friends of the Reynolds-Alberta Museum Society is a registered charity incorporated under the Alberta Societies Act. The Friends Society was created in October, 1988. A volunteer Board of Directors, elected from approximately 250 members at the Annual General Meeting held in late May, governs the society.
