The Friends of Rondeau Park was established in 1986 to encourage and support preservation, education, research, historical and interpretive programs in Rondeau Provincial Park.
Rondeau Provincial Park is located on the north shore of Lake Erie and is one of the most species diverse locations in Ontario.
The Friends operate the 'Carolinian Corner', a bookstore/gift shop in the Visitor Centre at Rondeau Provincial Park. The Friends also host annual festivals in Rondeau including the Festival of Flight in May which celebrates the spring songbird migration and the Monarch Migration Festival in September.
The Friends of Rondeau Park provide financial support for interpretive staff, species-at-risk monitoring, habitat restoration and special events programs.
