The Greater Victoria Police Pipe Band is a community based police initiative that is committed to promoting police-community partnerships in Victoria, BC Canada.
The mission of this regional band is to foster inter-organizational camaraderie, enhance the profile of the police within the community, and promote appreciation for the music and pageantry associated with Scottish pipe bands. Band membership is 100% volunteer and is comprised of police members (retired and active) with civilian players and instructors.
Each January, the Band hosts a Burns Dinner as our annual fundraiser. Due to the pandemic and current BC Public Health Orders, again this year we've put together a Virtual Burns Night for your enjoyment and celebration (previously recorded). Donations are appreciated as this is currently the band's only means of fund raising.
Our sincere thank you for your support through our virtual event and we hope to be able to host you again in-person, in 2023.
