Every day, countless domestic animals are in desperate need of critical care and attention. Fromabandoned and neglected pets to those facing medical emergencies, the need forcompassionate and dedicated animal welfare professionals has never been greater. Ourorganization is committed to meeting this need head-on, and we need your help to make ithappen.It's heartbreaking not to be able to provide every animal with the care they need. But we aredetermined to find a solution.We are excited to share our strategy of hiring a fresh graduate with a Doctor of VeterinaryMedicine degree from the Ontario Veterinary College in Guelph to address this challenge. Weknow that the addition of this vet to our team will allow us to serve even more animals duringour busiest time of year. We are delighted to provide this new recruit with the uniqueopportunity to work in "shelter medicine" – an experience that is seldom available to veterinarystudents.For us, this is more than just a job. It's a calling. We believe every animal deserves the bestpossible care and are committed to doing everything we can to make that happen.
