Founded by the Sisters of St. Ann in 1941, Mount St. Mary Hospital is home to 250 to 275 residents who can no longer live independently but do not require acute medical care.

At Mount St. Mary, care begins with our Home Life Model. This means creating a true sense of home where each person is known, valued, and treated with dignity, respect, and kindness. Beyond meeting physical needs, we focus on connection, purpose, and meaning in daily life. Because quality of life matters just as much as quality of care.
