The Neuchâtel Junior College Fund is a charitable foundation that raises funds for Neuchâtel Junior College, an independent Canadian school in Switzerland, NJC offers an experiential education for Canadian students that transforms lives.

NJC’s enriched academic, social and global environment promotes personal and intellectual maturity, awareness, curiosity and a lifelong commitment to the pursuit of knowledge.

Still, there is a cost associated with this invaluable experience – tuition is set each year to cover operating costs, but it does not cover important advancements such as bursaries and scholarships for talented young students.

About NJC

NJC students learn to speak French while living with Swiss Families. They travel in new countries, experience new cultures and languages – all while living away from home for an extended period of time. In successfully making new independent choices, they develop profound personal responsibility, drive, accountability and independence.

Progressive and thought provoking, NJC's experiential education has at its core a rigorous academic program. Students gain the valuable benefit of international exposure to world history, unfolding current events, different languages and cultural traditions in their last year of high school.

NJC students take the personal and social risk of leaving all that they know behind to explore all that is new, emerging as positive, secure, adaptable, decisive and self-aware young adults who embrace change and the future with confidence.
