The Niagara Centre for Independent Living is a resource and self-help centre run by and for people with disabilities. Focussing on personal development and community education, NCIL strives to support people with disabilities by developing opportunities that assist them in achieving their personal goals in obtaining and maintaining their independence.
The Niagara Centre for Independent Living is cross-disability, meaning it provides assistance to any person with any disability. A non-profit, community-based charity, NCIL is a community resource available to consumers, their family and friends, other service providers and to the community. We actively work to facilitate the full integration and participation of persons with disabilities into society, and believe that it is people with disabilities themselves who are best able to decide their future.
