Our Mission - Literacy Nipissing provides opportunities for adults in the Nipissing District to improve English literacy and numeracy skills.
Vision - Literacy Nipissing will continue to be a leader in providing top quality literacy services.

About Literacy Nipissing
Literacy Nipissing provides literacy upgrading in reading, writing, spelling, math and computers including GED preparation to adults 19 years of age and out of school.
We offer one to one tutoring and/or small group instruction at no charge to participants.
All participants receive a literacy assessment and training plan. We work with each individual to help them meet their goals.
All information is kept in the strictest confidence.
Volunteers provide one-on-one training to individuals. All volunteers are trained by the staff.
Literacy Nipissing is funded in part by the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities.
