Since 1939, the Ontario Association of Parents in Catholic Education (OAPCE) has been the recognized voice of parents and guardians of children enrolled in Ontario’s publicly funded English Catholic schools.
OAPCE is the only Catholic parent association recognized by the Ministry of Education, mandated through the Education Act, Regulation 612 (School Councils), to represent and advocate for parents across the province.
Our mission is to empower and inform parents by sharing valuable resources, fostering collaboration with local school boards, and strengthening engagement between home, school, parish, and community.
