Team Toby Foundation Statement of Purpose:
- To advance education and promote animal welfare for the benefit of the public by:
(a) Developing and presenting school and club-based educational programs, resources and curricula designed to teach youth about responsible loving pet care.
b) Hosting events and speaking at conferences both focused on kindness, leadership and community resilience.
(c) Conducting kindness tours that raise awareness of responsible loving pet care and that support animal welfare causes.
2.To advance education and promote the moral and ethical development of society by publishing books and other materials on topics such as kindness, acceptance and respect designed to encourage compassion and repress brutality towards animal and humans.
3. To receive and maintain a fund or funds and to apply all or part of the principal and income there from, from time to time, to qualified donees as defined in subsection 149.1(1) of the Income Tax Act (Canada) that have charitable purposes under Canadian law.
