Other Guise is a Vancouver Island based theatre company committed to developing theatrical presentations that reflect the history and culture of our local communities. We aim to serve audiences across municipalities, and support the livelihoods of both island professionals and emerging artists.
We are developing 716 Johnson Street into an arts hub in downtown Victoria. This space will become a hub for performing arts where new work will be developed and performed, emerging artists will work alongside seasoned professionals and small and medium-sized productions will be presented year-round. 716 will also be a hub for education with drama camps, workshops and other educational opportunities for everyone from youth to professionals. The venue will also be available for community events such as fundraisers.
