The Mission Hall currently has a AHS level 1 food permit which allows us to serve beverages, snacks and food that is prepared in a AHS approved kitchen. This campaign is to raise funds to complete the Mission Kitchen which will be a AHS approved kitchen enabling us to serve soup and sandwiches every night to our homeless people in the Edmonton inner city. This 20x15 foot kitchen is attached to the Mission Hall and has received it's development and building permits. It will become the centrepiece for the Mission's efforts to provide nutritious food for our inner city people and will support the ongoing Mission House developments to provide recovery housing.
