The Rolling Barber is a charitable organization that helps people experiencing homelessness and poverty access free haircare services in the Ottawa area. On Sundays and Mondays, over 50 volunteer barbers and stylists travel to shelters and community centres across the city to provide care in the form of haircuts or beard trims to their neighbours.
