The Royal Theatre and the McPherson Playhouse are the flagship venues for the performing arts in Greater Victoria. No other Canadian city boasts two beautifully maintained historic theatres at the centre of its cultural life. Exciting performances, gorgeous architecture and environmental sustainability all come together in the Royal and the McPherson.
Since 1998, the theatres have been managed by the Royal and McPherson Theatres Society; a not for profit corporation and a registered charity.
