Today, The Salvation Army touches lives through a strategic continuum of care and relief. From emergency disasters, shelters and transitional housing, addiction treatment programs and ongoing counselling, family support services and employment training.
The Salvation Army gives hope every day to families, new immigrants, seniors, the terminally ill, homeless people and marginalized individuals. It is estimated that one-third of British Columbians have been touched in some way by The Salvation Army.
