We are a social club serving the smaller communities in and around Stormont, Dundas, and Glengarry, Ontario. Our mission is to support the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of individuals with significant life-long intellectual and developmental disabilities through athletic, recreational, and artistic programs. We provide a variety of athletic programs to suit each participant's abilities and interests including pickleball, bowling, yoga, and badminton. We also hold adaptive arts and craft events and organize visits to local farms to spend time visiting and caring for animals.
