Not seen on stages since our groundbreaking production of A Midsummer Night's Dream in 2020, Theatre Rusticle is creating a storm with a visionary production of The Tempest.
Running January 19th to 28th at Buddies in Bad Times Theatre, our interrogation of Shakespeare's final play is told by five dynamic, emerging and established performers: Brefny Caribou, Beck Lloyd, Trinity Lloyd, Jessica Lutness and Annie Tuma. Original music is composed by Kelsi James and Jill Goranson. Costume design is by Lindsay Anne Black and Brandon Kleiman. Lighting Design is by Michelle Ramsay. Sarah O'Brien stage manages and Allyson McMackon directs.
Our Tempest combines spectacle and simple story-telling, our signature robust movement colliding with text and reflects our continued commitment to offering audiences a profound theatrical experience.
