Portal Youth Outreach Association supports young people across the Annapolis Valley, from Digby to West Hants, who are experiencing homelessness, housing instability, or other challenges.
Every day, we help young people access housing, food, hygiene supplies, employment supports, life skills, recreation, and trusted adults who care. Our goal is simple: to help young people build confidence, stability, and hope for the future.
