TCES is a not-for-profit community organization connecting people to employment and building skills through partnerships with government and businesses for over 40 years. Our goal is to improve the participation, representation and distribution of newcomer women who are facing multiple employment barriers in the labour market.
Our door is open to people from diverse backgrounds and diverse needs to build their existing skills, and strengths and to achieve their potential. We are continuously developing innovative programs and services to help people succeed within their community.
