Trailblazers Life Choices is dedicated to working with adults living with disabilities. Located in Winnipeg and Steinbach, we support more than 100 adults in individualized paths for recreation, volunteer work, skills development, paid employment and residential life. Participants’ ages range from recent high school graduates to seniors. Trailblazers believes adults living with disabilities deserve to live and work where they are respected for their efforts, skills, and accomplishments.
