Working with our community, Trillium Health Partners Foundation is dedicated to raising the critical funds needed to address the highest priority needs of Trillium Health Partners, one of the largest community-based acute care facilities in Canada. Our mission is to inspire our community to invest in a new kind of health care for a healthier community.
About TRILLIUM HEALTH PARTNERS FOUNDATION
Trillium Health Partners Foundation was created following the amalgamation of The Trillium Health Centre Foundation and The Credit Valley Hospital Foundation in July, 2013. Together, as one foundation, we are raising the critical funds needed for pan-hospital and site specific initiatives. Whether we focus our support at one site, on one project, on research or on one piece of equipment, the combined impact affects the entire hospital system and the community that it serves.
Comprised of Credit Valley Hospital, the Mississauga Hospital and the Queensway Health Centre, Trillium Health Partners serves the growing and diverse populations of Mississauga, West Toronto and surrounding communities.
