Welcome to TROtt! The Therapeutic Riding Association of Ottawa-Carleton (TROtt) is the capital region’s only therapeutic riding facility accredited by the Canadian Therapeutic RidingAssociation (CanTRA). TROtt has provided therapeutic riding lessons and equine-assisted programming for children and adults with physical, developmental and learning disabilities for over 50 years. Our instructors and facilitators are all certified and work closely with medical and education professionals to provide high-quality safe equine programming to all our participants.
Mission: To provide an accredited therapeutic horseback riding and other equine-assisted programs that will enhance the quality of life for persons with disabilities.
Vision: To grow as a centre of excellence for therapeutic riding that is recognized in our community and beyond.
