“Support Local Media. Support Us.” is a community fundraising campaign created to sustain local, community-driven broadcasting in Winnipeg. Your support helps us produce meaningful radio and television programs, offer hands-on media training workshops, maintain accessible studio and broadcasting equipment, and create multilingual programming that reflects Manitoba’s rich diversity.

Winnipeg is home to a vibrant mosaic of cultures, traditions, and languages - yet not every community has equal access to media representation. U Multicultural was founded to change that. We exist to ensure that underserved, newcomer, Indigenous, and ethnocultural communities have a platform to share their voices, tell their stories, and access media education.

Through free and inclusive access to broadcasting and training, U Multicultural empowers local creators, youth, and cultural organizations to participate in media, build lifelong skills, and connect with communities across Manitoba.
