Unity of Calgary provides a Sunday Morning Experience, grounded in the principles established by the Unity’s founders, Charles and Myrtle Fillmore.
Each Sunday, at 10:00 AM, we have live music with Anthony Burbidge and the Unity Band, affirmative prayer, meditation and an inspiring message at the Spiritual Centre.
Unity extends an explicit invitation to members of the LGBTQ+ community, who we know have often been rejected by spiritual communities because of who they are or who they love.

One of the things that is unique about the Unity movement is that we don’t worship a guru or a leader, and we aren’t told what to think or how to be. In fact it is quite the opposite.
Unity recognizes that every person is on their own unique spiritual journey and is accountable and responsible for themselves. We recognize that healing comes from within and we use the spiritual technologies of prayer, meditation, affirmations and denials to raise our consciousness and evolve ourselves.
