The Valhalla Fine Arts Society aspires to nurture artistic ability in people of all ages by providing programs that contribute to the cultural and economic enhancement of the local area in a supportive, non-competitive, community-based environment in which all can strive for excellence.Based in New Denver and Silverton, in the Kootenay region of BC's interior, we offer a slate of summer performing arts camps, performances and retreats to people of all ages. Our organization also actively supports the arts education of local children and youth throughout the year by partnering with the school district for in-school and after-school programming, and by providing bursaries to local students to pay for lessons and classes.
