Valley Cats is an organization in Port Alberni, BC that is helping to solve the overpopulation of feral, abandoned and stray cats. Our team noticed that there were no local organization addressing the problem, and that the SPCA does not do T/N/R in feral colonies. We formed to not only attempt to help feral cats, but also ensure that abandoned cats and kittens are rehomed only after being spay/neutered. Our team are all volunteers, and we have worked with local vets for reduced prices, but this is an expensive venture and we need help.
