June is here and so is the Great Canadian Giving Challenge! Every $1 you donate to the VIDF in the month of June will enter us to win $20,000 from CanadaHelps! This is 1 entry for every $1 ($20 = 20 entries) and includes donations made to the VIDF’s Lamondance livestream events June 18-20.

With your support, we were able to transform the 2021 festival into a livestream program, and digital presentations are here to stay! Artists still need the resources to develop their work with the camera and share it digitally.

We need your help to launch a fall livestream series so that we can continue supporting local artists and technicians with creative opportunities and income! And, in order to program this series for the fall, we need the funding by the summer.

Help us WIN! Public sector funding only covers a portion of the season we hope to present. Your donation will enter us to win $20,000 - enough to produce the livestream performances of 2 dance companies. Beyond the chance to win, every dollar you donate to our Great Canadian Giving Challenge Fund will increase the time and equipment available to dance artists in the fall season!
