To provide structured programs focused on addressing and preventing problems faced by at-risk youth, and specific problems faced by families dealing with behavioural management issues, by providing counselling and mentorship; to relieve conditions associated with age by providing social and recreational programs aimed to alleviating loneliness and isolation, and to provide employment related training programs for needy, unemployed and low skilled workers.
