VON Middlesex-Elgin was founded as a charitable, not-for-profit organization in 1906 to provide services to the Middlesex-Elgin community. We provide in-home and clinic nursing, PSW and Therapy support in combination with Community Support Services to ensure that individuals and families in our community are safe, healthy and connected. We currently have over 1200 volunteers and administer over 50 programs throughout the region.
We rely on donations to:
- provide subsidized services to assist all clients
- support technology and training initiatives and investments that strengthen our services
- develop and maintain our existing services
- develop new services to respond to the ever-changing needs of our community
