Our Mission
Wear2Start provides a personalized clothing and wardrobe-related experience, to support self-identified women who are in need of clothing for work and life.
About WEAR 2 START SOCIETY
Founded in 2001, Wear2Start is a volunteer-driven, non-profit society that provides clothing, shoes, accessories and a package of personal-care essentials to clients who have been referred by partner agencies or individuals. Clients can also self-refer. Many items we provide have been donated by members of the community or local businesses. However, we rely on community financial support to help us purchase some pieces, such as undergarments, and to cover other overhead expenses. First impressions are critical when individuals want to improve their situations and that of their children and families by building and cultivating community relationships. Wear2Start services assist our clients with taking positive steps towards a better future. Thank you for your support.
