š About Welcome Friend Association's Rainbow Camp®
Rainbow Camp® is a Canadian summer camp for 2SLGBTQ+ and allied youth aged 12–17. Located on the beautiful shores of an in-land lake in Northern Ontario, our camp offers a safe, affirming, and fun-filled environment where campers can be their authentic selves—sometimes for the very first time.
We provide traditional camp activities like swimming, arts & crafts, canoeing, music, and campfires, all within a supportive space where gender identity, gender expression, and sexual orientation are celebrated. Campers are surrounded by peers and mentors who understand and affirm who they are.
On average, 75% of our campers require financial assistance to attend. That's why your support is crucial. Each $2,000 donation sponsors one camper’s full week at camp—including lodging, meals, transportation, programming, and 24/7 care.
