This holiday season, we are on a mission to light the path for youth who are navigating their way through mental health challenges. Right now, Ontario youth are experiencing a mental health crisis. Young people between the ages of 15 to 24 are more likely to experience mental illness and/or substance use disorders than any other age group. Together, with your help, we can #LightTheirWay to better mental health, one e-counselling hour at a time. 

Mental health care is expensive, difficult to access, and is often reactive rather than preventative. WES for Youth Online offers an alternative approach. We cover 100% of the counselling costs through fundraising, allowing us to provide professional counselling to our youth at no cost. Our services are ongoing, allowing youth to form a true connection with their counsellor and fully explore what brought them to seek support. The trust and continuing relationship built between our counsellors and our youth is what makes WES for Youth Online unique in the charitable sector. Our platform allows youth to choose from a variety of communication methods to ensure that they receive mental health care in a way that is comfortable and convenient for them.
