For more than 35 years, the Women's Employment Resource Centre (WERC) has been helping women build confidence, discover their strengths, and create meaningful futures through employment, education, leadership, and community connection.

We're more than an employment service. We're a place where women feel safe, seen, heard, and supported—whether they're taking their very first step, navigating a major life transition, returning to work, exploring a new career, or simply looking for guidance.
