About the Matching Campaign

From now until the end of 2024, Taylor Ryan Executive Search has generously committed to matching every dollar donated, up to $2,500. This means that for every $1 you give, $2 will go directly towards helping low-income individuals access the clothing they need to feel confident in their job search and start new careers.

How Your Donation Helps

Your contribution, matched by Taylor Ryan, will allow us to provide:

- Workwear and PPE: For individuals needing proper attire for job interviews and to start work. Whether that is on construction sites as labourers, flaggers or safety, or within the trades. As the weather turns, providing winter clothing including rain gear is vital for those on construction sites.

- Boots and Safety Gear: Essential safety equipment for those starting jobs in industries that require protective wear.

- $30 donation = 10 hard hats (now 20 with the matching campaign).

- $60 donation = 3 sets of rain gear (now 6 with the matching campaign).

- $90 donation = 1 set of safety gear (now 2 with the matching campaign).

- Confidence and Opportunity: With the right clothing, individuals can walk into interviews with confidence, knowing they look the part and are prepared for the workforce.
