WorkLink Employment Society is a registered charity and non-profit organization that has proudly served the communities of Westshore, Sooke, and Port Renfrew since 1978. We deliver a wide range of government-funded employment programs that support individuals at every stage of their journey — from youth entering the workforce to adults overcoming complex barriers to employment. Beyond employment service delivery, WorkLink invests time and resources into local partnerships, collaborating on community initiatives that foster a more inclusive and resilient region. As a member of the Economic Development Task Force, WorkLink plays an active role in strengthening the Juan de Fuca Corridor, supporting both community members and local businesses through services that promote long-term economic growth.
