What People Are Saying
"Life with Bipolar; Who you gonna call when you need to talk? ... For me, I have found that the people that help me the most man the telephone line at 310-COPE. These social workers are as important to my overall mental well-being as my psychiatrist and medication. These people really care!"
— Lynn, a YSSN client
"As you well know mental health when suffering with depression is a terrible painful and horrible way to live. The days are almost unbearable but are so much better when I see my amazing case worker."

"Our staff and students enjoyed your mindfulness sessions and look forward to it every week. They learned different methods of breathing and how to incorporate them into their daily lives. We would love for your gifted instructor to come back and continue her amazing work with them."
