ABOUT US:
At the Young Bosses in Business Foundation (YBIB), we’re on a mission to empower and inspire the next generation of business leaders. We believe that youth entrepreneurship is not only a powerful way for young people to learn, grow, and innovate, but it’s also an incredible way to create lasting change in our communities. Our foundation is built by youth, for youth (with the help of adults, of course!), providing young entrepreneurs with the tools, mentorship, and hands-on experiences they need to turn their ideas into thriving businesses.
Through our innovative programs like the Youth Market, Mini & Young Bosses in the Making, we offer a dynamic environment where young entrepreneurs can thrive, develop leadership skills, and connect with others who are equally passionate about making a difference.
MEET OUR FOUNDERS
YBIB was founded by two youth entrepreneurs, Sariah and Ariella, who are deeply committed to supporting young people in their journey toward entrepreneurship.
As youth who have experienced the challenges and rewards of starting and growing businesses, they saw the need for a platform that would empower youth with the skills, mentorship, and resources necessary to succeed.
Their personal experiences and drive to make a positive impact in the community led them to create YBIB, a youth-led charity that provides young people with the opportunity to learn, grow, and lead.
Together, Sariah and Ariella’s passion for youth entrepreneurship, combined with their own experiences as youth entrepreneurs, has shaped YBIB into a thriving, youth-led organization.
They are dedicated to inspiring and empowering the next generation of business leaders, one young entrepreneur at a time.
