To promote, foster, teach and perform opera and musical theatre with people of all ages
The purposes of the Crescendo Operatic Society are:
(a) To present performances of opera and musical theatre under the direction and guidance of professional artists and technicians;
(b) To provide qualified staff to train and mentor participants in opera and musical theatre, including vocal performance, musicianship, dance and stage craft; and
(c) To advance the general public’s awareness, understanding and appreciation of opera and musical theatre.
